Connecting with a live person at this office is impossible and you never get a call back earlier than two days later. I normally do not call unless it’s a follow up concerning laboratory tests and my most recent call to the office took me hours to finally reach a real person that understood the importance of the timeliness of getting my laboratory test done before my appointment time.
