Dr. Gupta was nice enough and good at small talk but I don't feel like he truly addressed my issue. Seemed there was a disconnect between what we spoke about in the treatment room vs. what was added to my notes. I was told to go off the xarelto, as it wasn't necessary, but I could complete my prescription if I wanted to. Immediately after discontinuing the RX, my problem returned two-fold. When I reached out via MyChart message to ask if we should explore further since it seemed the Xarelto may, in fact, be necessary, I was dismissed and told they could refer me to a vascular doctor rather than addressing the question I had. I am completely unsure of what to do next.
Dr. Gupta has been incredible and helped me a lot in a short time. I trust his expertise and experience. He’s also a very kind doctor with an amazing staff.

Communication is lacking when it comes to decisions that directly affect my health. Each time I’ve met with Dr, I’m more confused, going in circles, he claims not to be a lawyer to be able to give a summary of what was discussed during my consultations with him. What?! There should always be a summary of what was discussed.
