Dr. Gupta was nice enough and good at small talk but I don't feel like he truly addressed my issue. Seemed there was a disconnect between what we spoke about in the treatment room vs. what was added to my notes. I was told to go off the xarelto, as it wasn't necessary, but I could complete my prescription if I wanted to. Immediately after discontinuing the RX, my problem returned two-fold. When I reached out via MyChart message to ask if we should explore further since it seemed the Xarelto may, in fact, be necessary, I was dismissed and told they could refer me to a vascular doctor rather than addressing the question I had. I am completely unsure of what to do next.
