He seems very pleasant and knowledgeable. However both appts my kids didn’t get seen on time. It was early morning with absolutely no one else in the waiting room, but we still had to wait over 20 minutes to get brought back then another 10-15 for Dr. to come in. Very tough with little children.
He was patient and listened to the history of my mom’s hearing issues.
As I said, the Dr. explained everything to me so I understood. He was very down to earth.
