Dr Brown is a very caring doctor. She is easy to talk to and has helped me to calm my anxieties about my health with good information. She listens to me. She spends time with me when needed and I can usually get into the office to see her when I need to see her.
She takes the time to understand the patient and their needs.

Her staff would be the reason. As a RN the whole healthcare system is always failing for reasons not spoken verbally but most of America is watching the deteriorating of our healthcare systems. But these women genuinely want to help people.
Once again knocked it outta the park with friendliness and swift efficiency. Perhaps a bit too swift, though. Sometimes hard to get a few more words in before they wanna leave for their next patient. But that's okay, I over-elaborate and "over-think" too much anyway.
