Listen, I’ve been seeing Dr. Ramsey for a year now and I think he’s a great doctor. I’m just disappointed with the wait time because it feels disrespectful. I understand doctors have patients and things come up but 45 minutes and there were three other people in the waiting room that were also waiting to see him just seems a bit much

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Ramsey, but I liked him immediately. He and all staff members I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

He talks to me about about my medications and what they will do or what they may do. Of course , he prescribes what he knows is best for me , but if I have any issues with them , he's very quick to switch them and discuss them with me

He put orders in for me to have an angiogram. My procedure was February 5th. My follow-up appointment with Dr. Ramsey wasn't until March 3rd. I received no directive from his office about the results or if I should continue with or change any medications. I had to message him through "My Chart". It took two full days before I received a response. His nurse responded and didn't want to change any medications because of my upcoming appointment. She did find an earlier appointment so I could see Dr. Ramsey a week earlier.
