my daughter is completely blind and to be honest most health care providers and their staff are completely not knowledgeble on how to interact with a blind adult patient. And this is across the board, any dentist office, doctor office and even hospital are completely with no glue on greeting them, etc. It needs to be addressed in the healthcare industry.
