He seemed very presentable, seemed to show some empathy and concern for my heart related issues. He allowed me some options for the meds and a possible future echocardiogram for follow up early next year. There was mention of some follow up by calling the “office” and to report my body reactions to the new meds for biocompatibility and side effects. His communication style was easy to understand and he seemed very personable. The ability to “case manage” my situation will show me his skill sets and talents.
