First time visiting this doctor, had a procedure done, maybe 5 minutes if that total. This guy was cold and not friendly at all. It was like I was bothering him. I've visited many doctors in my life this guy was the worst, sorry to bother you.

I liked the willingness of the doctor to listen to my concerns and give me options, explaining each one. I felt that he listened to me. The only thing I did not like was that the assistant sprayed my nose with a numbing medication and another nose spray in preparation for a scope of my nose, which the doctor said was not necessary. I think she should have waited for the doctor to assess me before numbing and spraying my nose.
