Provider seemed very put off by my being there because I’d seen another Franciscan ENT previously. He spent 5-7 min with me at the most, and stood up and started edging toward the door, even opening the door, at about the 5min mark. I took time off of work and drove 30 min, only to feel that I was inconveniencing him.

Dr. Glazer is very good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and polite. He did my thyroid surgery in 2015, and he did a really good job then. He shaved off a little mole on my face yesterday, and did a really good job at that. I highly recommend him and the staff.
