Spine Triage

Sudden intense neck or back pain can stop you in your tracks. Our rehabilitation & spine specialists can quickly triage your condition and get you on the right path to recovery.

When you call, our triage specialist will gather information from you about the onset of your pain, limitations and treatments or imaging that may have already occurred. Based on that information, you may be scheduled for a Spine Triage visit and be seen by a provider within 24 to 48 hours.

Spine Triage may not be appropriate for individuals with chronic ongoing pain. If a Spine Triage visit is not recommended, our spine nurse navigator will work with you to determine other options to reduce your pain and improve your mobility. These options may include a direct referral to a rehabilitation or spine specialist.
