The reason why I would recommend Dr Payne , He did my rotator cuff surgery 11 years ago .The lights went out while I was in the middle of having my surgery. Bad storm that day He did my surgery with the stuff holding a flash light You can't beat that with a ten foot pole ! So yeah I recommend him !

I felt Dr. Payne didn't thoroughly explain my condition and options. The assistant that came in before he did asked lots of questions & I assume he relayed those to the doctor but Dr. Payne doesn't seem to have care or interest in me/my condition. I understand staffing may be low & doctors have many patients & responsibilities and documentation to take care of, but that shouldn't come at the expense of the patients being shuttled out of the office.
