Tracy Novak seems to really care about my health and what's going on with me. The staff also seem to care. They helped me get My chart going, which I have had a big problem up and running. They all seem to care. They listen, which is why I found another doctor from the one I had. I almost died with my last doctor because she stopped listening to me and what I was telling her. That doctor retired afterwards.
