This lady PAPA RUGINO, TOMMASINA, is a horrible neurologist I told my primary I did not want to see her again but I guess since he's on a bored/committed he can ignore his patient's desires so I'll be seeking a new primary physician because my wishes shouldn't be ignored
Dr. Rugino is very professional and I like her. You know right away when you find a doctor you "fit" with and she seems like the one. I had another doctor of the same profession but he moved on to another location that I wasn't told about -- possibly not even in the area.
I gave this score because, Doctor Rugino, came into the office with concern. She listened to me and checked with the other facilities that I’ve been to prior to coming over to Franciscan. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. So this was my first time we’ll see if she can get my issues straightened out.

I had an appointment at 8am and saw the doctor around 8:02am. She was courteous, funny, explained everything clearly, and demonstrated a professional attitude. The doctor was attentive, prescribed medication to prevent headaches, and scheduled an MRI. Hopefully, the medication will alleviate my symptoms.
It was clear Dr. Rugino reviewed all my results in my chart and was ready for our appointment. I trust her judgement.
Good bedside manner and very knowledgeable
The doctor does not do any type of exam. She asked if I had any seizures in the past 6 months. Never came close to me to do an exam. This is my 2nd visit to her office in a year. She was the only provider available in the Network and since my neuro in Illinois retired, I went with her. He always did a thorough neurological exam. She does NOT do any kind of exam.
She's the best at diagnosing my problems and assessing my needs. She explains everything clearly to me and answers any questions I have.
