The NP is prompt, she asks questions about my health, she listens to what symptoms I am experiencing. She orders appropriate testing. Then prescribes the medication as needed so I can feel better in time and then go on with my daily life. The medical assistant is also kind and caring.

This was my first time seeing Tawanda. I usually see Dr. El Sherif but I had made a same day appointment because I was not feeling well. My blood pressure was high due to not feeling well and anxiety (white coat syndrome to the max!) but she used humor to put me at ease. She listened to me and she was personable and kind.
