The provider is rude and sarcastic. She does not make me feel comfortable. At first, going to her was okay but something changed. She argues with you in the exam room and does not make me feel valued at all. I have been considering for awhile switching providers and discontinuing see her.

Suzanne Smith was very thorough in finding a diagnosis for me. She also referred me to a physical therapist who showed me movements I can do to make my back feel so much better.

My medical records from a few of my doctors,were not sent to her office. I was so embarrassed This appointment had been made 6 months ago. Suzanne reassured me that it happens and she continued on with her new patient intake. IHer nurse Stacey was absolutely accommodating to not getting the films etc. that were requested. I've taken care of that issue and will be picking them up and driving to Michigan City in the morning. Both were just so understanding and made me feel very welcomed. Valerie at the Rheumatology front desk was such a treat to meet.
