Totally appreciate the Dr I was given. Only issue I’ve got from this particular appointment was kind of a disappointment. First, I was called about a month ago asking me to reschedule my original appointment from July to August. No problem. Then as I was on my way to appointment scheduled at 11:40 pm, I noticed a text that wanted me to change the appt time to 8-9 am (or come earlier) which, of course, was too late. Meanwhile, I waited over 30 minutes to get into a room. I waited for him to come in, which he did, finally, but actually said one or two quick comments, listened to my lung sounds, then immediately left the room refusing to talk further or answer any questions. My husband and I assumed we were done and decided to leave the room. As we were moving down the hall someone yelled he’s not done with you!!! Confused, we walked back to the room and waited again. Finally an assistant or nurse came in and essentially threw some papers at me and said he wants you to get some labs done to show my Calcium amts and ??? Someone would call me to set up possible Reclaste infusion??? I guess I will hopefully find out something. He maybe spent 2-5 minutes with me. Crazy
I feel he is a good doctor who listens to my comments or questions and is providing me with good care.
He's very knowledgeable and tries to listen to all I'm saying and even made an extra appointment overbooking to see me about a new issue.

Although it took several months to get an appointment with him, I must say that it was worth the wait. I feel a certain amount of relief in knowing and understanding why I am in pain.
I went in with symptoms of side effects of the medicine he prescribed and he told the only symptom for that medicine was heartburn. But according to the information pamphlet with Alendronate that is not true. I experienced muscle cramping and pain, increased joint pain, abdominal discomfort, flatulence, headaches and dizziness. I informed him that I didn’t want to take the medication anymore. I have been 2 weeks without taking the medication and my symptoms are lessened.
