Dr Rozell has been friendly, caring and engaging from the start. Always answered any questions we had and explained complicated test results in basic terms. She understood my fears and reasons of not choosing a port and respected that. Our appointment in November ended up being cancelled/rescheduled due to an out of state conference she had to attend but even being out of state, she was available to take calls from the chemo nurses to sign off on me moving forward with the treatment. So there was no delay with that part.
