I actually really liked Serena. She was thorough and did a great job outlining the plan for the appointment. The team just failed at executing. Later in the day, she did call and apologize for the appointment and provided results as well as a treatment plan. I really appreciated this. Earlier in the day, her team had called with the results, but actually gave me the incorrect information on the treatment plan (probably responded to something they weren't authorized to respond to).

Their nurse practitioner that attended to me was Serena Allison. She was very thorough and very attentive to everything that I told her in trying to diagnose my condition. I believe that she assessed my condition correctly and was able to address the issues accordingly. With every visit to that facility I believe everybody that I have met there does their job exceedingly well. I am grateful that they practice in the Valparaiso community. Lawrence
