Nichole is very compassionate, caring and an excellent provider.
I was very disappointed with my visit today. I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that my history of recurrent miscarriages was not taken seriously. I specifically asked about having an outpatient ultrasound since the power was out at the original office and I was being seen at a location with no ultrasound equipment. I understood that an ultrasound is standard at the initial prenatal visit, and I have also had spotting during this pregnancy as well as a documented subchorionic hemorrhage. My request was not simply for reassurance. I felt there were legitimate clinical reasons for wanting the pregnancy and hemorrhage evaluated. I was told “no” I could pay for a private scan at love at first scan if I wanted. Nicole also made dismissive comments about my care team (fertility & MFM) regarding medications that were prescribed and future orders to take place. That they weren’t up to her standards. I wanted to feel heard and have my concerns acknowledged. Since I have had nothing but disappointment and heartbreak with recurrent pregnancy losses. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unsupported. Patients with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss deserve compassion, clear communication, and consideration of their individual circumstances rather than feeling as though their concerns are simply being brushed aside. I will never see her or recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely love Nichole. She has an excellent bedside manner and always makes me feel like I truly matter. She takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and creates an environment where I feel completely comfortable discussing any concerns I have. I have never had a provider like her. Because of Nichole, I no longer dread having my annual Pap exam. She is compassionate, professional, and always puts me at ease throughout the entire visit. One thing that especially stood out to me was seeing her teach a student during one of my appointments. She was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging while still making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Watching her mentor someone with such compassion and professionalism was truly impressive and spoke volumes about the kind of provider she is. I have recommended Nichole to so many women because I genuinely believe she provides exceptional care. She is a wonderful provider, and I hope many others have the opportunity to experience the same level of kindness, respect, and support that she gives every patient.

After hearing about my family history of things, she recommended a test I could do to get further information about my health which was thoughtful and kind. Also, the exam was great (for what it is).
