He's very prompt & kind.I do have one suggestion, I would like him to change, he comes in and opens the file, looks at us and tell us, the labs looks OK. Well, We are on My Chart, we see the lab results to and we see some levels are high/low I would like him to explain those high/low ones with what they are, what can be done to bring them up/down and tell us he will see us in 3 months. I would like more explanation. I think I shall print off lab results, mark each and ask him about each one that is up/low.
