Very kind but very professional.

Michaela Miller listens to me and treats me with respect. This means so much because I have noticed I am becoming invisible (agism). My friends and I talk about this often, and most of us are ignored when it comes to health care. So, it is refreshing to be treated like a person who matters. I also feel like I can tell her anything without fear of being judged: she does a fantastic job!
