No patient likes to sit in a waiting area for 15 min. after the schedule time. when in fact the patient arrived 15 mins before the scheduled visit as stated in the directions. when in fact there are no other patients waiting in the waiting room. Then you sit in her exam room for 20 with the door closed she then walks in and asked how your family members are. RRRRRR
