I like him very well I had went to another hospital before him and didn't like the doctor at all but with him I feel comfortable

This was my first appointment, very attentive to my concerns.
He appears to be good doctor, but as a heart physician, he talks 1,000,000 miles a minute and always in a big hurry and I feel like I have to talk just as fast and remember quite quickly to ask questions before he cuts me off to go out the door. I am trying to trust in him to not worry before my upcoming major back surgery and also my future with my cardiovascular health. I’m sorry, but that is how I felt since my first appointment with him. It may be because I’m worrying too much and as he said, I’m good till I’m 80 a couple years back, but I do have mild conditions.

I feel like he considers my overall health wants and needs and considers all my health issues when presenting options. Not for just one issue, but all of them in concert as a whole system, and not just their singular sliver of the story. I am more than just one 'condition'. Too many doctors don't even consider that I have more than just their one specialized health concern. They are offering a single brick, and it has to fit into a building project. They brick is not the only piece in the tower. Even if they feel theirs is the most important piece: it still has to fit with ALL the others.
