She can in to talk to me about my results. She sat down and treated me like I was a person not another patient.My daughter happen to call why I was in there. I asked if she could listen. She said no problem. She went back and explained the whole situation. Treated her like my daughter. Not just someone who irritated her to have repeat herself. Let my daughter in on what all had to be done. Great communication skills.

I’ve known. Lonna since she was in grade/middle school, and when I had an event a couple of years ago, she saw my name and she took care of me.. she knows my family and treated us with such special care. Keep her, she’s a local gal with empathy and compassion for all her patients.
