She actually listens to you. She spends the time with you. She doesn’t feel like she’s in a rush. She explains things thoroughly and she’s not afraid to send you to a specialist if need be.

See note above. I am hearing impaired. Leslie is the only healthcare provider that put her tablet or computer on the rolling table and moved directly in front of me. She made sure I could hear and understand her. I can't explain how that made me feel. Understood? Seen? Cared for? Yep. Others have spoken louder for a bit and then back to their rapid fire, quiet speech. Yes I definitely recommend her.
