Leslie is very approachable and down to earth, and she clearly knows her stuff. It was my first time to meet her, but I felt like I’d known her for a long time. She was very thorough, helpful, and pleasant and didn’t rush through my appointment.

See note above. I am hearing impaired. Leslie is the only healthcare provider that put her tablet or computer on the rolling table and moved directly in front of me. She made sure I could hear and understand her. I can't explain how that made me feel. Understood? Seen? Cared for? Yep. Others have spoken louder for a bit and then back to their rapid fire, quiet speech. Yes I definitely recommend her.

She was very professional, very thorough, very personable, had a great bedside manner and spoke English. I also liked her nurse Lauren, who was also all of the above. Neither woman wore a mask, so it was easy to understand them. Unlike some of the people in that office, they realize that the pandemic was five years ago and the patient's need to fully comprehend what they are saying trumps any geo-political point the mask wearers think they are making.
She was on time and listened to my concerns and willing to get things done. Very pleasant too.

A wonderful provider who took a great deal of time with me listening to all of my many issues and ordered test ect., that are explaining a lot of these issues. I am not normally ill but gave had a rough year and truly believe this office is going to work with me to ensure I get back to Tip Top and can’t express in words how much this means to me.
