Mrs. Beach was very kind and I’m sure very knowledgeable. However, during my appointment, she told me there wasn’t much she could do for me before I even finished telling her my symptoms. I had to mention that I had a very important pre existing condition several times to the staff. It was clear that my chart was not reviewed before I was seen. I just felt as though I was being dismissed and had to really push and advocate for myself to get any answers. Although, Again, the staff was very kind. I should also mention that when I did push for certain tests to be done, Mrs. Beach was kind enough to send the orders, which I truly appreciated. But I was overall a bit disappointed with the care I received.
