She actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy. My symptoms have lasted an extended period of time that she has taken very seriously to make sure I received the care I need.

The two nurses I spoke with were very helpful, however the Nurse Practitioner said maybe 10 words total. Spent 95% of the time typing and reading the chart. Did not ask questions, did not explain symptoms or diagnosis. She basically said hi and bye and ordered two tests which I knew were coming.
