Dr. Polezoes is a great doctor. This was my first visit with him and I immediately felt comfortable talking to him. He is very understanding and does not push you into doing anything you are not ready to do. He gave me a plan that I know I can follow and said he would work with me one thing at a time. He listens and does not judge. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
As I said above, there is no one better then Dr. Polezoes. I have come to depend on him for many reasons but one being his compassion and caring.

And he tries to give you small encouragements to get your body and mind where they should be with a little of work yourself, rather than just loading on the prescriptions. 2 of my meds aren't great for heart health. So he made sure to sweet talk getting more plants as the center of meals.
Dr Polezoes takes his time with you ,listens ,explains everything thoroughly and does not rush you or make you feel like your on a time limit , which seems to be what most Drs are doing nowadays. I've recommended Dr Polezoes to a few people .

The practice is busy already... took several days to get response from center--- maybe false expectations .... seems to be back office issue in support of physicians/nurse practioners providers and getting patients in for consultation. Since I was an abondoned patient by an exiting network physician.... transition could have been handled better,
