Kaitlin is the absolute best and I am so grateful for her. She is irreplaceable. I may only see her once or twice a year, but she comes into the room up to date with my current conditions, so she either has a great memory or did a great job of getting up to speed on Epic before coming into the room (maybe both). She listens very well, is empathetic, takes the whole picture into consideration, extremely kind, and never fails to ask if there any anymore questions or concerns that I have. She never makes me feel bad or invalidated. I feel very heard and included in the treatment protocol for issues. I know I am a very complex case and I love how she is on point, up to speed, and most importantly so kind and compassionate. Thank you so much Kaitlin!
