1. Impressed with his patient communication skills. He took the time to thoroughly address all my questions. 2. Treated my family with respect and explained in depth the surgery that I was going to have. After the surgery he again spent the right amount of time updating my family on the surgery and next steps. 3. Dr. Kays spent time detailing his experience/ background in the type of surgery I was going to have. I really think that gave me a sense of calmness toward having the surgery.
