Broke my Knee, extremely painful was sent home with enough pain pills for 2 days only ( which is unacceptable). Called them back on Monday saying I needed more . They said I would have to call Dr. Davidson for refill( he is on vacation) imagine that! So that’s why I had to see Dr. Jones . Ya’ll seriously need to do better . Makes me very angry that while in excruciating pain I had to deal with all this , because the ER doc that prescribed the pain med to me wasn’t there. Why not be able to look at my chart and see that I didn’t receive adequate amount of pills and just call the pharmacy and order more . Not that difficult, seriously. I will be strongly considering going to community (powers) from now on .
