This is the first cardiology appointment where my questions have actually been answered, where the doctor took time to explain things to me, where he helped me to understand. Because of my age, I have always been dismissed, but Dr. Kats validated every question that I had and actually LOOKED at me while he was talking with me - he didn't talk AT me.
