When I first meet with Dr. Rau I felt a bit funny and actually looked into changing primary physicians. However I decided to talk to him and express my concerns. Today I am very glad I decided to stay with him because he listened to the concerns I had and to this day has respectfully explained everything to me as I asked him and my health has gotten so much better.

At this visit all of my questions and concerns were addressed. A plan was discussed for the lipase lab and I was directed to contact IU hospital if the result was elevated. A plan was not developed if my RA lab work up was positive but I am confident that Dr. Rau will contact me with a treatment plan if one is needed. Dr. Rau is dedicated to providing good health care and encourages preventive and healthy choices for the patients he cares for.
I had just changed to Dr. Rau. I felt that I was not being heard from my previous provider. After seeing him one other time, he remembered my circumstances and listened intently to what I was saying.
