Jillian Carter is, without a doubt, one of the best primary care providers I have ever had. She truly takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and always treats me with kindness, compassion, and respect. She doesn’t just hear what I’m saying..she genuinely listens and empathizes with everything I’ve been through. It’s so refreshing to have a primary care provider who makes you feel seen, understood, and genuinely cared for as a person, not just another patient. She explains everything clearly, involves me in decisions about my care, and always makes sure my concerns are taken seriously. I have never felt dismissed or ignored in her office. Every appointment leaves me feeling heard, supported, and confident that I’m receiving excellent care. Finding someone like Jillian Carter is truly rare, and I am incredibly grateful to have her as my primary care provider. Dr. Carter, listens to you. Recommends what she believes needs to be done to get you healthier. She looks directly at you and then asks if what she just stated makes sense and encourages questions, which she answers promptly and explains what would happen if I agree to the solution and what could possibly occur if I did not move forward. Dr. Carter is truly a awesome caring person. One can tell just by speaking with hershe really does care for you, the patient.
