Jean is the best. She's kind, knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Jean genuinely cares about my health and always makes a difference. More specifically, I didn't feel well on a Friday from my previous pneumonia and hospital stay. Jean was ready to leave on vacation when I called to make an appointment, so she ordered a chest x ray. She got the results shortly thereafter and called in a repeat antibiotic for me. In the next few days she called my home to see how I was feeling. I was extremely grateful for Jean's exceptional care. She always exceeds my expectations. She's one in a million!

I can only give a 10, but Dr. Jean is worth more than that. She really takes her time, waits for answers, ask me questions, lets me speak and doesn't cut me off or dismissive my thoughts. Dr. Jean, that is what all my friends call her, always has a smile, when you can tell that she is tired and is always calm. She easily relates to you that she actually cares about you. AND, wait for it....Dr. Jean looks at you the entire time of the visit. So glad I found her. She is in office with Dr. Carlson, in Cedar Lake. I live in Highland and this is very much, worth the ride.
