I can only give a 10, but Dr. Jean is worth more than that. She really takes her time, waits for answers, ask me questions, lets me speak and doesn't cut me off or dismissive my thoughts. Dr. Jean, that is what all my friends call her, always has a smile, when you can tell that she is tired and is always calm. She easily relates to you that she actually cares about you. AND, wait for it....Dr. Jean looks at you the entire time of the visit. So glad I found her. She is in office with Dr. Carlson, in Cedar Lake. I live in Highland and this is very much, worth the ride.

Jean was not distracted while using the computer to record my words or looking up past history. Infact she actuality looked at me and listened to what I had to say, asked appropriate questions, then continued to listen to my answers. The other Franciscan doctors that I have seen always gave me the impression that they were very busy (which they were) and I only had so much time and out the door they went.
