Compassion and empathy are not in her skill set, it seems to me . I was heard, but then lectured at, not spoken to . I was directed to be seen. I was seeking no testing nor additional medications. I left feeling worse about myself and my conditions, then when I arrived .

I can't say enough about Eunjin's care for me. She spent the time to carefully explain everything to me. When I expressed my resistance to her recommendation(s), she explained why she (and the team) felt they were necessary. She also went out of her way to express concern for any personal issues I was having that may have been causing me stress. She empathized with my troubles sleeping and even suggested what has worked for her. Wow, I am so thankful for her!
