The office was well run and efficient. My appointment was kept right on time and there was no real waiting for any aspect of the whole thing. The staff were very personable and caring. The Dr. had a lovely personality while being very professional yet quite humble. I feel extremely confident is his next steps. It took quite a while to get this appointment so I am elated it was so positive.

Dr. Steinberg listened to my concerns and educated me on ways to improve my condition naturally. I felt like he partnered with me rather than dictated what I needed to do to improve my health. He did not take an authoritative stance. Instead he gave me medical and lifestyle options and he let me choose. I felt he supported my health goals. He is knowledgeable and cited the research for his recommendations. Dr. Steinberg also made me feel comfortable discussing what to me has been a very challenging problem for 2 years. Normally, I would prefer talking with a female doctor about the problem but Dr. Steinberg understood my problem and took my concerns seriously and that was reassuring.
