Most importantly, Dr Stewart made sure to emphasize the importance and reasons for tests he wanted to see, while simultaneously easing my anxiety related to my heart issues. Without a doubt, this has been the best experience with a doctor, of any sort, in my 45 years. I've had a lot of bad luck with non-communicative doctors over the years. Dr. Stewart has the best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever met. He took care of my wife when she had a blood clot that let loose and cut off blood supply to one of her feet. He also did an angiogram on me, all when he was at community hospital. I didn’t hesitate to wait a little while to see him again at Franciscan when it was recommended that I see a cardiologist again because of a high cac score. He is the type of person that you would immediately want to be friends with. On top of all that and more importantly, a great cardiologist!
