Very kind and personable to someone who, being myself, was in a position of having a totally unexpected surgery but knew there was a problem. Explained things in a manner that made me comfortable and confident in process.

I didn’t spend as much time either Dr.Vera, but his office seems to be very well run.

He and his team were amazing. He is skilled, comforting and humorous. I remember him holding my hand at a key moment during one of the team's visits. I was so happy to give him a good report during my post-op appointment.

He was friendly, but the doctor visit wait was an hour and a half. I don’t understand, if the patient is 20 mins. late for an appointment, they have to reschedule.

I was kept waiting to see the Dr for 90 minutes, 50 mins in waiting area & 40 minutes in exam room. I wasn't told they were running behind & there would be a delay, I had to ask.
