Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get to know a new doctor. The first time I had an appointment with doctor Friend he seemed rushed and I didn’t feel he really listened to me. But after that I really feel more confident that we are communicating a lot better!

Was very hurried. Not enough time for questions. I realize many are sick and it is a difficult time but Drs need more time, need more Drs, more after hours with more Drs. Dr Baird always worked over and got you eventually. I miss him and Drs like him.

All he thinks about is Covid. Not very professional. Came in with cough and runny nose and felt bad and they never even took my temperature! I’ve heard people say that they don’t like him either!
