Dr Sam seemed very knowledgeable and efficient without making me feel rushed. She was very responsive to my concerns.
She didn’t acted all serious and stiff like a lot of doctors explained everything thoroughly and it may seem strange for me to say this, but she actually looked me in the eye while talking to me and acted like she had all the time in the world to talk to me and address my concerns

I was honestly very overwhelmed going into my first visit. I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety, hormonal changes, and emotions, and I was nervous I wouldn’t be heard. I even had trouble holding back tears. Even though the office was busy and running a bit behind, my provider took the time to truly listen to me and explain what would actually help my symptoms. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which meant so much in that moment. When she had to step out briefly for an emergency, her student assistant stayed with me and was incredibly kind and patient, helping to calm me down. That level of compassion really stood out. I’m so grateful for the care I received from Catherine and how supported I felt during a time when I really needed it. It made a lasting impression.
