I saw Caitlin Luebcke, NP, for the first time as my regular doctor is at the Indianapolis campus no longer. She was a joy to see and I can't say enough positive things about her! She was personable, comforting, informative and has a very caring personality! I am definitely comfortable with her diagnosis and plan for my treatment and I look forward to seeing her in the future if need be.

Dr Luebcke presents an amazing combination of professionalism, personality, compassion, and candor. While I've found the first trait uniformly present in the staff members I've worked with at Franciscan (and elsewhere), those who demonstrate all three are rare. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, preferences, and mitigating health factors, and respond kindly, thoughtfully, and honestly. I feel very blessed to have met with her today and received her counsel.

Well when me and my wife came in for my appointment today and the nurse came in because the doctor was in a appointment, first thing she did was come in and roll her eyes and give my wife a dirty look and we both witnessed this on top on running in and out of my room to do things and just leaving the door open for us to have no privacy and yes I could of gotten up and closed the door but that should of been at top of the list of things to do for your patient as there are sitting in the room waiting

Not interested in figuring out what is wrong with me. Just wants to pawn me off to different doctors for useless test. I told her I had asleep study after surgery and that’s not the problem. Called my Gastroenterologist I had an upper gi less than a year ago everything was clear.
