Dr. Averill has such a wonderful rapport with patients along with his excellent down to earth explanations regarding diagnosis and treatment options. If you leave the office with questions, it’s your own fault. Maybe Dr. Averill should run a clinic for some of the more seasoned doctors who may be lacking in one-on-one patient skills.
