She had no ideal what was going on with me so she wasn't afraid to tell me that and immediately referred me to an EAR, NOSE AND THROAT doctor. She even told me to call her back if they couldn't get me in right away and she would re-request an urgent appointment.

Beverly was obviously in a hurry to be done on a Friday. She rushed through my appointment and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Very quickly “checked” on my symptoms and said that my lungs sounded “good” after telling her I could feel fluid in them and I had been wheezing for days and was convinced I had pneumonia. She quickly dismissed that and said it was probably just something viral and to continue taking DayQuil. I spent the next 3 days in absolute misery, coughing relentlessly, fever getting higher every day, chills, nausea, before going to the urgent care on Sunday evening where they actually took the time and listened to me and performed chest X-rays and actually tracked my oxygen before determining that I had ‘Acute Pneumonia of Both Lungs’ and immediately prescribed me antibiotics. The same antibiotics I could have received 3 days prior. Beverly told me I could call in on Sunday if I was still feeling “yucky”. Nobody answers the phone on Sundays it’s impossible to reach anyone. I don’t ever give feedback but this visit was so careless and made for the worst weekend of my life not knowing what was actually wrong or how to fix it that it needed to be shared.
