Physician was 30 minutes late and blew it off like it was no big deal that I missed an hour of work - because SHE forgot her phone at home (8:40am appointment, she showed up at 9:05am). I understand the necessity of having the phone with you (2 factor authentication for starters)...but to laugh it off has made me mad.
