As mentioned above, Alyssa is very kind, listens and takes the time necessary for proper evaluation and follow on. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. She makes sure to allow for the space for me to discuss any other concerns I may have even if those issues aren’t the reason for my appointment. She also makes great eye contact when listening so as a patient I have the confidence in feeling my caregiver is “hearing me.” Overall she is an “11 out of 10” in my experience centered opinion!

She was very kind. I had a bad day and was very closed off, all completely my fault. She didn’t press me and moved the exam along. This was her first time meeting with me so she had no history or prior history to base my interaction with her. I only hope I didn’t come off as rude; I am sorry for how I responded during my exam to both Alyssa and the nurse prior.
