She simply read a document to me. I am sure she is educated, but not impressive at all. Calling very late started things out bad, went down hill from there.

Alison was running late and then she had problems with the computer that took time away from my opportunity for questions. She dealt with the computer and I asked her a question and she answered me. Then she stands up and walks towards the door while I am asking a question. Her actions and body language were clear. She needed to get to her next patient.
