Abigail was great! I hadn’t ever had an exam done before, so I was nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. She was super nice and friendly, and sat down with me beforehand to discuss my history and what the exam would be like. Then before she began, she showed me each item that was going to be used, and explained the purpose of it. The exam went very well, and she made sure that I was comfortable during each step. I’m super happy to have had such a positive first experience!
