Had a medical issue since last year that was never resolved. Rescheduled a appointment seven months later with the same issue and still the same results it still not resolved. The medical assistant does more than the physician. Took blood pressure, Oxygen level and weight. My time with the physician felt like a virtual appointment. She sat the whole time at her station and didn't check my vitals at all.....

Kind and no nonsense approach
I moved from Colorado where all I saw were PAs. Often, I felt that prescriptions were pushed on me for absolutely no reason so honestly, I was hesitant. I wanted to find a healthcare provider with Franciscan since the reviews of Northwest were questionable at best. When I called, no MDs or DOs were accepting new patients. I was offered 3 names and decided to try Tiffany. I have had some uncomfortable encounters with "white coats"--no disrespect intended. I appreciate that she and her staff listened carefully to what I said and responded in ways that made me feel heard. It matters--a great deal. Based on the results of the blood work she ordered, I asked if I would have the opportunity to fix whatever I needed with lifestyle changes. Her response was, 'absolutely!" I'm in. I felt very comfortable at the office today and that is a relief!
