I have to say he is the best Doctor I have had. He takes the time to talk to and really listen to his patients to figure out the entirety of a situation. The solutions offered are explained in detail and he allows for me to ultimately choose the course of action. By taking a holistic approach, symptoms that can present in various ways are addressed and dealt with. I always feel heard, and never feel rushed or foolish when asking questions.
I feel like he is considering my condition from multiple perspectives I have had a lot of improvement with therapy sessions as well. You’re very clearly is interested in treating me as an individual and as a whole person and I can see major life improvements.

He's very thorough and not only listens to me but does every thing he can to get to the bottom of whatever issue I have going on. He also does a good job of explaining the "why" of everything which is important to me!
An hour waiting to see a physician with no indication of delays by any of the staff is not acceptable. No need to make an appointment if you are not going to be seen by the doctor.

I do like him and feel that he care about his patients. He is easy to talk to and you can ask him about anything with out feeling some way about the question you ask him. He tells you the truth even if you do not want to hear it or agree with it but he tells you for your own good. I like that.

I initially believed this doctor took a proactive approach to patient care, but my experience over time has shown otherwise. When I expressed a preference to explore underlying causes before starting medication, my concerns were met with frustration rather than support. Despite multiple visits for ongoing health concerns, key factors that could have explained my symptoms were not thoroughly explored. A simple test later revealed a significant issue, yet there has been no follow-up or plan of action.
I appreciate Dr. Padilla’s advice and enjoy talking with him. He is the only reason I continue to come to South 31.
