Doctor focuses on preconceived ideas. Every visit is the same. No new ideas or solutions. More concerned that I don't come in every 6 months even though treatment hasn't changed since I started working with him many years ago. I think he's use to working with elderly patients and therefore use to writing scripts and pushing people through. I need someone more aggressive and willing to work to resolve the issues I have. Today he failed to address the issue that I was most concerned with. No exam was done, just the usual blood work ordered and asked if I wanted to try a different script. I will be changing doctors.

I have PMR and it is complicated to diagnose and treat. Dr. Ehlich recommended I get on Methotrexate and Prednisone. After six weeks of that treatment I feel 90% better. I am thrilled to be able to start decreasing the prednisone as soon as tomorrow!
