Erin is wonderful. Answers any questions I have, listens attentively when I am telling her problems I may be having in hearing in different places and tries to adjust and improve for me. She is so personable compared to other audiologists that I have worked with for my hearing. She always tells me that if my new mapping gives me any problems all I need to do is call and they will get me in and work with me for a change or adjustment.

Dr Pulard has done an excellent job of adjusting my hearing aides. She is really good at finding ways to boost and enhance sounds that I am having difficulty with as well as reducing ranges that are distracting. So much more effective than the audiologists I worked with when I got my first devices at Costco.
